2. Overview

We only process personal data where this is necessary to operate this website, answer your enquiries or handle your application. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not load content from third parties when a page is viewed. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.

Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores the following data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and the defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes.

4. Encryption

This website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).

5. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, your email address, optionally your company and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Job offers and applications via Personio

Our open positions are retrieved by our server from the applicant management system Personio and displayed on this website. No data about you is transmitted to Personio in the process.

When you open a position or apply, you are taken to our careers page at Personio SE & Co. KG, Seidlstraße 3, 80335 Munich, Germany. We process your application data there to carry out the application procedure in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Section 26 BDSG. The privacy notice on the Personio careers page also applies. We delete application data six months after the application procedure has been completed, unless you have consented to longer storage (e.g. for a talent pool).

7. Link to LinkedIn

We link to our company profile on LinkedIn. This is a simple link, not an embedded plugin: data is only transmitted when you click the link. LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, is responsible for processing on LinkedIn.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact info@bpout.de.

9. Right to lodge a complaint
